LBP AM strengthens SRI team with hire
La Banque Postale Asset Management (LBP AM) has appointed Stéphane Villemain as deputy head of socially responsible investment (SRI) solutions, as it looks to bolster its sustainable finance capabilities.
The Paris-based asset manager, already an established player in sustainable finance, has tasked Villemain with developing its responsible investment product offering. He will oversee SRI activities at LBP AM European Private Markets, the group’s private markets platform, as well as the environmental, social and governance (ESG) quantitative analysis team.

Villemain joins from Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec (CDPQ), where he was head of sustainable investment for public and private markets.
He previously led sustainable investment at Ivanhoé Cambridge, CDPQ’s global real estate investment platform.
