LBP AM European Private Markets expands team with two hires
LBP AM European Private Markets has expanded its team as it grows internationally and in France with two appointments.
The private markets manager has named Phuong Anh Nguyen as investment manager and Adrien de La Grange as senior investor relations manager.
Nguyen has joined the firm’s infrastructure debt unit from BNP Paribas Asset Management, where she worked on structured financing transactions in the energy, transport, telecommunications and public services sectors.

“We are delighted to welcome Phuong Anh to the team,” said Bérénice Arbona, head of infrastructure debt at LBP AM. “Her appointment reflects our ongoing efforts to develop our teams to support our growth and keep pace with developments in the infrastructure debt market.”
De La Grange will work to increase the firm’s presence among institutional investors in France and Europe. He most recently worked at Clearwater Analytics and before that spent 20 years at BlackRock between 2007 and 2023.

LBP AM European Private Markets has raised nearly €10.5bn (£9bn) and invested more than €9bn to date, with strategies across European private debt, infrastructure, real estate and corporate lending.
