CVC Credit prices $550m CLO

CVC Credit has priced its fourth new-issue collateralised loan obligation (CLO) globally this year at $550m (£407.7m).
The $60bn global credit management business of CVC priced Apidos LVIII, marking its third US CLO issue of the year.
CVC Credit said that despite “volatile market conditions”, the CLO attracted investor interest across the capital structure and “priced at market tights”.

“We were particularly pleased to see broad participation across the capital structure and continued support from longstanding equity investors,” said Kevin O’Meara, managing partner and co-head of CVC Global Liquid Credit.

Bank of America served as lead arranger for the CLO. The vehicle has a five-year reinvestment period and a two-year non-call period.
Overall, CVC’s liquid credit business manages $36.8bn in assets across more than 70 active funds, with teams in Europe and the US.
