RBC BlueBay prices €400m European CLO reset
RBC BlueBay has priced a European collateralised loan obligation (CLO) reset at €400m (£341.8m).
The BBAM Euro CLO II Reset marks RBC BlueBay’s fifth CLO transaction of 2026, comprising three new-issue CLOs and two resets.
The reset transaction refinances and extends RBC BlueBay’s 2021-vintage BBAM Euro CLO II transaction.
Overall, the asset manager’s leveraged finance and securitised credit platform now has more than $28bn (£20.7bn) in assets under management, up from $8bn before the Covid-19 pandemic.

In total, RBC BlueBay has issued 17 new-issue CLOs across the US and Europe and aims to reach 20 over the next six to nine months, the firm said.
