Bridgepoint prices €307m reset of debut CLO
Bridgepoint has priced a collateralised loan obligation (CLO) reset at €307.85m (£263.4m).
The Bridgepoint CLO I reset extends the vehicle’s investment period to 2031 and lowers the cost of capital of the original deal.
Bridgepoint cited “robust demand across the capital stack” for its CLO reset and said this reflected investor appetite for the firm’s “disciplined approach” to credit selection.
In June, the firm priced its eleventh CLO at €405m, which marked its second new issue of 2026.
“We are grateful for the sustained and strong support from our investor base,” said John Murphy, partner and head of syndicated debt at Bridgepoint Credit.

“The reset of Bridgepoint CLO I, our debut CLO under the Bridgepoint platform, extends the reinvestment horizon out to 2031 on improved terms and gives us the scope to continue to apply our selective and patient approach to portfolio construction and management. Investors continue to back our credit selection through the cycle, and that is what we intend to keep rewarding.”
The London-headquartered asset manager oversees more than €20bn in corporate credit, with strategies focused on direct lending, credit opportunities and syndicated debt.
