TA Associates backs private credit tech provider Oxane
Oxane Partners, a private credit technology firm, has received a strategic investment from TA Associates in a bid to accelerate product development and expand its artificial intelligence capabilities.
The financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed, but the deal is expected to close during the third quarter of 2026, subject to customary closing conditions.
Oxane said the investment would support further innovation across its technology platform, as well as additional recruitment and investment in its leadership team.

Founded in 2014, Oxane provides technology and managed services to banks and private debt funds, helping them manage, monitor, analyse and service credit assets through a single platform.
Its offering combines its proprietary AI-powered platform, Oxane Panorama, with support from private credit specialists.
“Over the past 12 years, we have built Oxane around a clear belief that private credit requires purpose-built technology supported by experts who understand the asset class deeply,” said Sumit Gupta, chief executive and co-founder of Oxane Partners.
“We are excited to partner with TA, whose long-term approach, deep experience scaling high-growth businesses and global network make them an ideal partner for our next chapter.”
Kanav Kalia, managing director at Oxane Partners, said the investment would help the business translate technological innovation into practical outcomes for clients.
“With TA’s support, we are well positioned to accelerate our growth, invest further in our platform and people, and continue helping clients navigate the increasing complexity of the private credit market,” he added.
Houlihan Lokey advised TA on the transaction, while Goodwin Procter provided legal advice. Jefferies and Avendus acted as financial advisers to Oxane, with Latham & Watkins and Trilegal serving as legal counsel.
