Linklaters boosts leveraged finance practice in Paris
Linklaters has bolstered its leveraged finance and banking practice with two appointments for its Paris office.
Pierre-Arnoux Mayoly and Shirin Deyhim will both focus on funds finance, private credit, leveraged finance and debt restructuring.
They were hired for their high-end expertise in mid and large-cap equity bridge and net asset value (NAV) financing for lenders and leading asset managers.
Further, the pair will support leading private equity firms on mid-cap senior and mezzanine leverage financing, acting for both sponsors, and lenders – typically debt funds and banks.

Both join from McDermott Will & Emery, where Mayoly was head of finance. He is also acknowledged as a leading partner in Legal 500, while Deyhim has been named among the ‘Ones to Watch’ in France list from peer-review publication Best Lawyers.
Their appointments are the latest additions to Linklaters’ Paris office.
These include François Kopf as global chair of restructuring and insolvency, Mathieu Della Vittoria as restructuring and insolvency partner and Hubert Segain who is head of the firm’s corporate/M&A practice.
In addition, Marc Perrone has returned as a partner in financial regulation and Florent Mazeron has joined the corporate/M&A team.
Elsewhere, Peter Hayes and Angel Quek joined Linklaters’ London team earlier this year, working in the global leverage practice.
