“As the lines blur across many of our private capital clients’ investment strategies, we are seeing increasing demand in structuring forward-thinking investment solutions,” said Akin chairperson Kim Koopersmith. “Akin is a frontrunner in this space with increasing numbers of private capital investors looking to deploy debt, equity or hybrid capital solutions. Daniel scales up our capital solutions platform, adds depth to the global team and underscores Akin’s commitment to our international investor clients.”
