The UK-based alternative investment firm said that the vehicle has a range of protective investor features, including collateral with segregated asset pools, floating rate pricing, pull-to-par dynamics and self-liquidating structures.
Corniche I is available in traditional, impact and Sharia-compliant share classes.
Asset-backed lending is a fast-growing segment of the alternative credit sector. The market is forecast to grow to almost $10tn by 2028, according to Integer Advisors research cited by Channel Capital Advisors.
