“Finland has seen a slight decrease in loan origination. The success in loan origination is due to the publishing of several large high-quality deals in Estonia and Latvia, as well as the successful closing of more loans in Lithuania.”
In November, Estateguru reported an average investor return of 8.99 per cent, with €7.4M worth of loans originated, mostly in Estonia and Lithuania.
