Estateguru secures additional funding from Japanese Crowd Credit
Japanese Crowd Credit has agreed to invest up to €10m (£8.64m) in Estateguru projects.
The institutional lender, which is focused on international crowdfunding investments, has already invested more than €1.4m via the European peer-to-peer lending platform.
It has now set a near-term target to grow the portfolio to €5m while aiming to increase it up to €10m in the long run.

“At Crowd Credit, our vision is to bridge the gap between the global credit market and Japanese investors,” said Tomohiro Mochida, board member of Crowd Credit Estonia. “We see it as a strategic partnership combining our strengths with Estateguru to unlock new investment horizons in the European real estate market”.

Estateguru has an investment portfolio of nearly €300m and during the current year, the investment volume of the crowdfunding platform totalled €66m, and investors received €85m in repayments.
“Estateguru already manages over €30m of institutional capital,” said Mihkel Stamm, chief executive of Estateguru.
“I am very happy about the joint goals we’ve set with Crowd Credit, and to confirm their first new investments have already been made in our home market, Estonia.”
EstateGuru has 160,000 users worldwide, with 7,000 of them joining in 2023.
