P2P firms bolster customer relations capabilities
Peer-to-peer lending platforms are scouring the market for relationship management, investor relations and client support staff.
The P2P market is growing and it seems that platforms are hiring more roles focused on onboarding new investors and borrowers, as well as roles aimed at supporting existing customers.
CrowdProperty for example is hiring a client support manager in Birmingham. The role supports developers and brokers in their relationship with the business.
Known as a developer support manager, they will help close deals, seek feedback and follow up to maximise future value to CrowdProperty. They are also the escalation point for service issues; so need strong customer service skills.

Kuflink is hiring a sales support officer, in its words to: “help drive our continued expansion”. This role will form part of the borrower sales team and be dedicated to building relationships with brokers.
Elsewhere, Kuflink is also in search of two underwriters, a brand and marketing manager, junior IT support and internal monitoring surveyor.
At Rebuildingsociety, an investor relations manager and customer insight analyst are sought to help grow the business.
The former will be responsible for developing and maintaining the firm’s online reputation with investors, while the latter will determine how to gather relevant insight about customers and prospects and use that information to identify tasks that create and meet customer needs.
Rebuilding Society is also looking for a compliance coordinator and a debt recovery paralegal.
