Polus raises €400m for latest CLO
Polus Capital Management has closed its latest European collateralised loan obligation (CLO), Polus EU CLO XXII, at €400m (£344m).
The firm announced the deal on LinkedIn, describing it as marking “another milestone for Polus Capital Management’s global CLO platform, and reflecting our commitment to disciplined credit investing across market cycles”.
It comes after Polus closed Cairn CLO XX at €450m in September 2025.

In late 2025, the firm raised more than $1bn (£755.3m) for its CLOs and other credit investments across Europe and the US.
London-headquartered Polus is an investment manager with $14bn in assets under management and runs strategies across alternative credit, including leveraged credit, special situations and structured credit.
