Sculptor resets and upsizes US CLO
Sculptor Capital Management has reset and upsized its US collateralised loan obligation (CLO), Sculptor CLO XXXIII (33), by $45m (£33.9m) from its original closing.
The global alternative asset manager, which specialises in opportunistic investing, said the reset establishes a new five-year reinvestment period and a two-year non-call period.

“We are pleased to have completed the reset and upsize of CLO 33 on attractive terms for our investors,” said Josh Eisenberger, executive managing director and head of US CLO Management at Sculptor.
“Continued demand for high-quality CLO debt allowed us to pursue both a reset and upsize, which we believe will position the vehicle to deliver strong prospective returns in the coming years.”
Overall, Sculptor’s global ICS platform manages a suite of CLOs and collateralised bond obligations totalling approximately $12.5bn.
