Noble appoints Matt Noland as director of capital markets
Alternative asset manager Noble Investment Group has appointed Matt Noland as director, capital markets as it continues to expand its business.
In his role, Noland will focus on strategic asset realisations, as well as debt origination and management across Noble’s portfolio, the manager said.
Headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia, Noble currently manages $5bn (£3.7bn) of assets and is exclusively focused on the travel and hospitality sector.

Prior to joining Noble, Noland worked at investment firm Peachtree Group, where he was responsible for portfolio management and the execution of hospitality investment transactions.
Before this, Noland was a member of the debt capital markets team at JLL. He also held roles in credit and investment banking at Truist Securities and SunTrust Robinson Humphrey.

“Matt has raised debt, managed assets, and executed dispositions – the full arc of a hold period,” said Adi Bhoopathy, managing principal and head of capital markets at Noble. “That combination strengthens how we structure capital at entry, manage risk through the cycle, and realise value at exit.”
