Rgreen Invest hires senior investment director with infra debt experience
French investment manager Rgreen Invest has appointed Ronald Gaultier as senior investment director with a focus on infrastructure debt strategies.
The appointment comes as the firm continues to develop its infrastructure debt activity and also strengthens its expertise in Europe’s lower mid-market segment to support the financing of the energy transition.
Gaultier, who joins the debt team led by Mathilde Ketoff, has more than 17 years of experience in infrastructure finance in Europe, specialising in high-yield debt strategies.

For the past five years, he has been at Sienna Investment Managers where he focused on developing high-yield strategies dedicated to the energy transition.
Prior to that, he spent seven years at Allianz Global Investors as a fund manager, completing more than €2bn (£1.7bn) of infrastructure debt investments across Europe.
Rgreen established a new division dedicated to its debt strategies in January 2025, with Ketoff at the helm, after a period of “significant” growth.
According to Rgreen, financing needs linked to the energy transition are growing, with high-yield infrastructure debt emerging as a “resilient” asset class.
“Scaling Europe’s energy transition requires financing solutions that can support infrastructure assets at every stage of their development, while contributing to the broader objective of strengthening Europe’s energy sovereignty,” said Nicolas Rochon, founder and chief executive of Rgreen Invest. “Ronald’s appointment reinforces this ambition, bringing deep European infrastructure finance expertise that will help us continue to address these needs over the long term.”
Since its inception, Rgreen Invest has supported over 3,000 projects, mainly in Europe, amounting to more than €3.6bn managed.
