Rgreen Invest creates dedicated debt business
Rgreen Invest has created a new division dedicated to its debt strategies, following a period of “significant” growth at the firm.
Mathilde Ketoff, head of debt, has been promoted to partner to develop the firm’s debt strategy.
Ketoff is an expert in structured finance and energy infrastructure who has been with Rgreen Invest since 2019. Since her arrival, she has played a key role in the development and structuring of the debt platform, the firm said.

The Paris-based investment manager has also created a new equity investment division, with managing partner Alexis Broders at the helm.
“This new organisation, combined with the promotion of Mathilde and the recruitment of Alexis, is a key step for Rgreen Invest’s growth strategy,” said Nicolas Rochon, founder and chief executive of Rgreen Invest.
“It allows us to structure our approach and better meet the wishes of our investors, both French and international.”

Rgreen Invest specialises in financing the energy transition. To date, it has financed more than 3,000 projects, mainly in Europe. Its assets under management recent reached €2.5bn (£2.11bn).

“The last two years have been dedicated to strengthening our debt division through the arrival of new talent, which has flourished in terms of a diversification of our products and recognition of our debt expertise.
“In the short term, our objective is clear: we want to continue to increase our market share in the targeted mid-market.”
