Pollen Street-backed Finsolutia to acquire RE manager Hipoges
Pollen Street Capital’s portfolio company Finsolutia has agreed to acquire Hipoges, a €50bn (£44.2bn) real estate and loan management platform in Southern Europe.
The transaction will create a European tech-enabled credit and real-estate servicing platform offering a single, end-to-end partner for major asset acquirers across the region, said Pollen Street.
The acquisition will bring together €55bn in assets under management and national coverage across Spain, Portugal, Italy and Greece, the firm added.

Completion of the transaction is subject to customary regulatory approvals.
