Squire Patton Boggs expands structured finance team
Squire Patton Boggs has made two additional hires in its global structured finance team.
The law firm announced that Trish O’Donnell has joined its New York office as a partner, while Nathan Menon (pictured below) has joined the team in London as a director. Both hires were previously at law firm Reed Smith.
“Trish and Nathan each bring substantial expertise advising on a range of complex financing transactions, which perfectly complements the cross-border structured finance and private capital team we are building,” said Ranajoy Basu, the firm’s global head of structured finance.

Their arrival follows that of Basu himself, who joined the firm in July, and that of Bradley Harris, who took on the position of director in the firm’s asset-based lending team earlier this month.
Over the past 12 months Squire Patton Boggs has made over a dozen hires in its financial services practice.
