Hayfin enters strategic partnership with Mubadala and AXA IM Prime
Hayfin Capital Management has entered into a strategic partnership with Mubadala Investment Company and AXA IM Prime.
As part of the agreement, each firm will acquire a minority interest from Arctos Partners in Hayfin and use their capabilities and expertise to support Hayfin’s investment strategies.

The deal builds on an existing partnership between Hayfin and Arctos to provide strategic partnerships to leading financial sponsors, through bespoke growth capital and liquidity solutions.
Mubadala and AXA IM Prime, alongside Arctos, will support the continued growth of Hayfin to further deliver on the firm’s long-term objectives. Completion of the deal remains subject to regulatory approval.
