Pantheon appoints chief client officer amid demand for private markets expertise
London-headquartered Pantheon has appointed Florence Dard as its new chief client officer and partner, effective from 7 October.
Dard (pictured) will lead the firm’s global capital formation and client relationship strategy, reflecting Pantheon’s continued growth and the increasing demand for its private markets expertise.

She will report directly to chief executive Kathryn Leaf and will oversee the firm’s distribution platform, including capital formation, client engagement, marketing, and product strategy.
Dard joins from AXA Investment Managers Alts, where she spent 25 years in senior business development and client leadership roles, most recently as global head of the client group for alternatives.

“Florence will play a key role in helping us capitalize on strategic growth opportunities, expand our relationships in areas of increasing demand, and serve global institutional clients, as well as those in the rapidly growing private wealth and insurance channels,” said Leaf.
