Pluto hires lending director for Iberia to build on European growth plans
Pluto Finance, a private credit provider for property investment and development, has hired Eduardo Martin as lending director for Iberia.
Credit specialist Martin has a lending career spanning more than 20 years, with deep experience in real estate finance.
In previous roles he has worked for banks and credit funds, including PBB (Deutsche Pfandbriefbank) and Starz Real Estate in London and mid-market specialist Alantra in Madrid.
Pluto believes Martin’s experience should enable him to deliver structured and direct lending solutions to the Iberian mid-market across all real estate asset classes.
Further bolstering the firm’s commitment to European expansion, this appointment follows two recent hires.
