Grovesnor’s private credit strategy, which launched in 2022, has committed over £230m to date primarily to the UK living sector, which has supported the delivery of 3,575 homes.
Conolly will support the organisation’s move to expand its activity beyond the living sector, utilising his ability to identify opportunities across all asset classes. He brings with him a strong network across the sector, which will support Grovesnor’s push to deploy over £200m across 2025/26.
