Sidley boosts CLO expertise with new partner hire
Law firm Sidley has added Chris Jackson to its global finance group as a partner, in an appointment that the firm said will add to its CLO capabilities.
Jackson was previously a partner at A&O Shearman. He is the latest in a series of partner additions to Sidley’s global finance team.

“Chris is widely recognized as a leading securitization lawyer,” said Yvette Ostolaza, Sidley’s management committee chair.
“His addition strengthens our CLO capabilities and enhances our ability to deliver full-service, cross-practice support to our banking, insurance, and private equity clients.”
“The corporate CLO space is increasingly critical to our clients,” said Brian Fahrney, Sidley’s executive committee chair.
