DF Capital launches structured finance business
DF Capital has launched a structured finance division to help businesses improve access to finance and their cash flow.
The structured finance business will provide a variety of tailored solutions to meet customers’ working capital needs, as well as financing opportunities such as mergers and acquisitions, business restructures and asset purchases.
It will cover wholesale finance, stock flow finance, invoice finance and secured short-term business loans, and is complementary to DF Capital’s existing inventory finance range.

The newly formed, Manchester-based team is led by Sarah Barker, as managing director of structured finance. Barker joined DF Capital in 2018 and has spent the last two years as head of portfolio monitoring and specialist management at the bank.

DF Capital is a specialist bank which provides working capital solutions to businesses across the UK. The structured finance team has already begun working with new and existing customers and brokers to provide financing.
