Law firm Cadwalader has added a series of new partners in its fund finance division, with specialties ranging from leveraged finance to private credit.
Bronwen Jones, Douglas Murning and Matthew Worth have all been appointed as partners in the firm’s London office.
Jones has more than 20 years’ experience in fund finance, and has acted for banks and other financial institutions, sponsors, general partners and fund managers on a whole range of fund finance matters, including capital call facilities, net asset value (NAV) facilities, hybrid facilities, and general partner and co-investment facilities.

Murning has worked in the debt finance space for more than 20 years, with a focus on complex NAV and portfolio financings. He is highly experienced in leveraged finance, private debt and special situations, and has worked with both credit funds and private equity sponsors.
Meanwhile, Worth’s expertise covers all aspects of fund finance and private credit, with a particular focus on advising on NAV financings for private equity sponsors and direct lending.
“We’re thrilled to welcome Bron, Doug and Matt to our firm,” said Cadwalader’s managing partner Pat Quinn.
“Their reputation as leading fund finance lawyers in Europe, coupled with their related strengths in leveraged finance, private credit, special situations and restructuring, make this team a highly versatile addition to our growing London practice.”
