Allvue acquires PFA Solutions
Allvue has acquired private markets software provider PFA Solutions.
The acquisition means that Allvue can offer PFA Solutions’ flagship product Firmview to its clients alongside Allvue’s existing suite of alternative investment tools.
Allvue described the partnership as “a game-changer for current and future clients” which allows the firm to improve efficiency, reduce complexity, and drive transparency across compensation and performance management.
The partnership will result in the streamlining of many fund operations, optimised compensation cycles and simplified carried interest management.

Allvue tracks $7tn (£5.52tn) in client assets under management on its platform, while PFA tracks $1tn. By integrating PFA’s platform, Allvue hopes to both expand its capabilities and solidify its position as the market leader.
