Marlborough Partners expands into infrastructure debt advisory with new hire
Marlborough Partners has appointed Jemma Couchman as head of infrastructure, expanding the firm’s advisory capabilities to cover the infrastructure debt market.
Couchman will be based primarily out of the firm’s London office, while also working closely with Marlborough Partners’ team across Europe.
She joins from Cameron Barney Herbst Hilgendfeldt, an independent investment banking business focused on the European growth infrastructure, digital and energy transition sectors, where she was head of its debt advisory practice.

Couchman has extensive corporate finance expertise across the infrastructure sector, having previously worked at Evercore and Rothschild & Co.
