Robo.cash hits €1bn funding milestone
European peer-to-peer lending platform Robo.cash has hit the €1bn (£841,000,000) lending milestone.
In its latest monthly update, the firm said that €21m had been invested through its platform in October, bringing it up to the €1bn figure.
Its investors cumulatively earned €742,000 during the month and it onboarded 263 new customers.

The update comes after Robo.cash recently introduced a new investment strategy, which it calls a One-Click portfolio. The new feature enables investors to diversify their funds across all available loans.
Robo.cash has also updated its secondary market. Now, after selling a loan, the investor’s money is transferred to the balance instead of continuing to work according to the portfolio settings, meaning investors essentially get to decide where to allocate the money from the sale.
The firm said this change was in response to customer requests.
