Simpson Thacher & Bartlett expands European private credit team
Simpson Thacher & Bartlett has appointed Hadrien Servais to lead the law firm’s European private credit team.
Servais will join the firm’s Alternative Capital and Private Credit group from another international law firm.
He has extensive experience advising direct lenders, major investment banks, private capital providers and private equity sponsors.

His work focuses on cross-border acquisition and leveraged finance, opportunistic credit financings and other debt financing solutions.
