CapitalRise promotes finance director to board
Prime property finance platform CapitalRise has promoted Stuart Peel (pictured) to its board of directors.
Peel, who has been with the firm since July 2020, will also maintain his current role as finance director.
Prior to joining CapitalRise, Peel spent seven years at residential property developer the Berkeley Group.

CapitalRise connects individuals and institutions with real estate debt investment opportunities across Prime London and the South East.

It has originated £345m-worth of loans since its inception in 2016 and returned over £185m in capital and returns to its investors.
The firm has been expanding its team of late. In April, it announced that it had grown its lending and origination teams with the appointment of business development director Imogen Williams and the promotion of Ed Groves to associate.
