Arc & Co adds to advisory team
Specialist capital advisory firm Arc & Co has expanded its team of advisors by hiring private banking veteran Laura Jane McCauley.
McCauley (pictured) spent five and a half years in private banking at Swiss bank Julius Baer, where she occupied several client-facing roles, including in credit and complex structuring.
Prior to this, she worked as a broker at a Mayfair firm, where she structured and arranged development, mezzanine and bridging finance. She is particularly interested in eco-friendly and sustainable property projects, and intends to bring this passion into her new role.
