Globacap came in 50th place on the list, with revenue growth of 595 per cent since 2019.
“We are extremely honoured to have been selected in the Fast 50 and to be recognised as one of the UK’s fastest growing companies,” said Alexander Green, co-founder and chief commercial officer of Globacap. “This is strong validation for our mission to digitise private markets and this is only the beginning of our exciting growth journey as we leverage our deep capital markets expertise to bring new offerings to market and expand into new geographies. We offer a unique multi-asset private markets infrastructure that enables our clients to manage their capital markets business end-to-end across primary placement, register management, and secondary transfer of private assets, compressing operational workflow and maximising efficiency in a collaborative solution for issuers and investors.”
