Peer2Peer Finance Awards: One month to go!

There is just one month to go before the second annual Peer2Peer Finance Awards, so what can you expect from the evening?

This year’s event will take place on Tuesday 12 December. As before, the Peer2Peer Finance Awards will take place at London’s Hurlingham Club. The event will begin with a sparkling wine reception where industry professionals will be able to unwind and network before the main event kicks off.

Following a three course meal, the winners of the Peer2Peer Finance Awards will be announced.

The shortlist of nominees was released in September, and showcases the diversity and professionalism across the peer-to-peer lending sector in the UK and in Europe.

The winners were chosen by an expert panel of judges: Neil Faulkner, managing director of 4th Way; Mike Carter, senior policy adviser at Innovate Finance; and Conrad Ford, chief product and strategy officer at Allica Bank. Alternative Credit Investor’s editor-in-chief Suzie Neuwirth and contributing editor Kathryn Gaw also participated in the judging.

“The winners have been chosen and the awards are being engraved as we speak,” said Neuwirth.

“With one month to go, the excitement is really starting to ramp up. We are so looking forward to seeing so many industry experts in one room, and celebrating the collective wins of the past year.

“Despite major economic challenges, the P2P sector has shown remarkable resilience and a continued commitment to innovation, and we are so proud to be able to spotlight these achievements at the Peer2Peer Finance Awards.”

This year’s theme is ‘Hollywood’ and a live band will provide entertainment to guests.
