Mintos unveils fractional bonds product
European lending marketplace Mintos has launched high-yield fractional bond investments on the platform, enabling investors to add corporate bonds to their investment portfolios.
Mintos investors are now able to invest in high-yield bonds starting from a minimum of €50, with no fees for investing.
Bonds are notoriously difficult for retail investors to access. They typically require investments in the five-digit range or higher.

The investments in high-yield corporate bonds will initially be issued by originators already on Mintos, starting with Eleving, but will later be extended to lenders such as Sun Finance, Esto and DelfinGroup.
The platform said it was currently working to broaden its offering across various types of bonds and industries, including agriculture and manufacturing.
