Property lenders dominate P2P Finance Awards shortlist
Property lenders have dominated the shortlist for the P2P Finance Awards, with more property peer-to-peer lenders than ever before receiving nominations.
Five of the six companies shortlisted for P2P Lending Platform of the Year specialise in property lending. Relendex, easyMoney, Folk2Folk, Kuflink and CrowdProperty are all up for the top prize of the night, with European consumer lender SaveLend rounding out the category.
Folk2Folk has been nominated in five categories, including Business Lender of the Year, CEO of the Year, Ethical Lender of the year, and Property Lender of the Year.

Relendex has been nominated in four categories, including Property Development Lender of the Year, Commercial Property Lender of the Year, and Residential Property Lender of the Year.
Meanwhile, easyMoney has earned nominations across seven categories: Property Development Lender of the Year; Bridging Lender of the Year; Property Lender of the Year; CEO of the Year; Residential Property Lender of the Year; and IFISA Provider of the Year, as well as P2P Lending Platform of the Year.
Kuflink has been shortlisted eight times, with nominations across the property development, bridging, commercial and residential property lender categories. It has also earned nods for CEO of the Year, IFISA Provider of the Year and Property Lender of the Year.

CrowdProperty leads the pack with nine nominations overall. It has been nominated for every single property award, including Property Developer of the Year, Bridging Lender of the Year, Property Lender of the Year, Commercial Property Lender of the Year, and Residential Property Lender of the Year.
It has also been nominated for Innovative Lender of the Year, IFISA Provider of the Year, and CEO of the Year, as well as P2P Lending Platform of the Year.
