Fintown hits €1m investment milestone
Fintown has hit the €1m (£858,000) investment milestone, since launching earlier this year.
“To all our investors, partners, and everyone who supported us during our early stages and made the inaugural investment in this novel platform: a heartfelt THANK YOU!” the European peer-to-peer property lending platform said.
“We are committed to continually earning your trust and enhancing our services and features.”
The landmark comes after Fintown recently revealed that its portfolio value reached €826,756 last month, with no late loans or defaults.
Fintown, which is planning to launch an auto-invest feature soon, also highlighted last month that its users are choosing to keep their money invested in the platform.

“With our Flexi product, investors have the flexibility to withdraw both their principal and interest,” Fintown said.
“However, we’ve observed that they have chosen not to. This indicates that the previously invested amounts remain intact, and interest continues to be paid out monthly. We believe this demonstrates our investors’ satisfaction with our offerings.”
Fintown has raised €3m to date and funded 17 loans, according to its website.
