Who’s hiring in P2P?

Back to school season is almost upon us, and there is change in the air. For students, that may mean new subjects to learn, or a new college to attend. For adults, autumn’s approach may represent a chance to move into a new job, at a new company.

And there are plenty of opportunities currently being advertised at peer-to-peer lending platforms in the UK and in Europe.

• Bondora

Estonia-based P2P lender Bondora has multiple vacancies at the moment, in departments including finance and operations, marketing, customer experience, and engineering.  Some of the roles on offer include financial controller, accountant and head of brand.

• Crowd2Fund

The business lender is currently searching for a broker relations associate, amid an ongoing restructuring effort.

• easyMoney

easyMoney – the largest IFISA provider in the UK – is bolstering its software team by hiring PHP developers.

• EstateGuru

The European platform is advertising for two legal roles at present – head of legal, and legal counsel. Both roles will be based in Tallin, Estonia.

• Kuflink

P2P property lender Kuflink is searching for a new portfolio manager at the moment, to manage existing loans and ensure that repayments are received in a timely manner.

• Mintos

Latvia-based investment platform Mintos has more than a dozen job openings, ranging from marketing managers to credit risk analysts, to software developers and technicians.

• ShareIn

Investment platform provider ShareIn is currently hiring for a number of client-facing roles based at its company headquarters in Edinburgh.

• Shojin

Ahead of a growth push, Shojin’s co-founder and chief executive Jatin Ondhia said the group is looking to make several hires across different areas of the business including origination, marketing and investor relations.

• Twino

European P2P platform Twino is seeking a people and communications assistant, and an IT infrastructure engineer at its Riga headquarters.
