InRento launches new secondary market feature for larger investors
European buy-to-let crowdfunding platform InRento has introduced a new secondary market feature for larger investors.
The new function, called Grand Sale, enables investors to fractionalise their loans into smaller investments starting from €50,000 (£42,974.29).
“With growing volumes, we are attracting attention from institutional investors and high net worth individuals to invest in investment opportunities offered on InRento platform,” InRento said.

Investors who invested more than €50,000 in a single investment can contact InRento with their intention to sell. Their investment would then be listed on the projects page subsection.
The Lithuanian property lending platform said this will enable greater liquidity for larger investors and will create additional opportunities for all other investors.

“With the ability for us to offer additional liquidity for institutional investors and high net worth individuals, we will be able to offer larger loans for project owners which will, in turn, result in larger and higher quality investment opportunities for all investors on the platform,” InRento said.
Founded in 2020 during the Covid-19 pandemic, InRento generates an average annual return of 15.46 per cent, connecting investors with buy-to-let opportunities for as little as €500.
