Lithuanian property platform InRento exceeds €10m in investments
In just over two years, Lithuanian property lending platform InRento has funded projects worth more than €10m (£8.7m), and has attracted over 16,000 investors globally.
Founded in 2020 during the Covid-19 pandemic, InRento generates an average annual return of 15.46 per cent, connecting investors with buy-to-let opportunities for as little as €500.

“Our aim in developing this product was to enable people to invest intelligently, consciously and as safely as possible,” saids Gustas Germanavičius, chief executive and founder of InRento, in a blog post on the company’s website, celebrating the milestone.
“Investing in physical real estate requires a significant initial capital, while our platform allows investing relatively small amounts of just a few hundred euros in buy-to-let projects, thus providing diversification and enabling anyone who wants to protect their savings and earn extra income to invest.”

InRento, which won the Best Investment Technology award at the 2022 Europe Fintech Awards, has recently merged with Estonian-founded EvoEstate, to become the largest licensed buy-to-let crowdfunding platform in Europe.
“Since the launch of EvoEstate, one of our main tasks has been to simplify the real estate investment processes using modern technology,” said Audrius Visniauskas, founder of EvoEstate. “I have no doubt that by joining forces with InRento, we will be able to promote Lithuania’s name in the field of proptech and develop measures that would make investing in real estate even more convenient.”
Community members will be able to invest in real estate rental projects under development in Lithuania, Spain and Poland. The company will continue to operate under the name InRento.
