Brickflow launched embedded finance solution for commercial property
Property finance marketplace Brickflow has launched an embedded finance solution for commercial property finance brokers.
Brokers can plug Brickflow’s white label product – called Brickflow Enterprise – into their own or a partner’s website and connect with more than 80 lenders in under 60 seconds.
Of these 80 lenders, 40 provide development finance, while Brickflow Enterprise customers also have exclusive access to bridging loans from over 40 lenders. Access to bridging finance for non-Enterprise users will follow by the end of the year.
Brickflow Enterprise can also be added to auction and agent sites to speed up the process of finding development finance.
More than 120 brokerages already use the Brickflow platform and over 20 per cent have signed up to Brickflow Enterprise. It is used by On The Market, Nimbus Maps and The Land Site, and endorsed by industry associations The National Association of Commercial Finance Brokers and The Financial Intermediary and Broker Association.
“Embedded finance is a concept we use in daily life; think E-wallets like PayPal or Klarna, Shopify or purchasing insurance alongside products or services,” said Brickflow founder and chief executive Ian Humphreys.
“Forbes says embedded finance is ‘the dominant trend in fintech in 2023’ and OpenPayed predicts the global market will be worth $7.2trn (£5.6trn) by 2030.

“Now we’ve brought embedded finance to the CRE market, putting clients at the forefront of the digital finance market. And by white-labelling our solution, brokers and their partners can give customers an easy-to-use comparison platform, enhance their experience, receive more qualified leads and spend less time on administration.
“The technology is there, and the overwhelming feedback we get from brokers and their customers is that this is a massive step forward for them and their businesses. Essentially, brokers now have the chance to go digital overnight.”
