Eurocrowd to hold CrowdTuesday event in Berlin
Eurocrowd, the crowdfunding trade body, is organising an event in Berlin to discuss market opportunities in German crowdfunding under the new pan-EU rules.
CrowdTuesday, in partnership with law firm Dentons, takes place on 4 July from 2pm to 6pm at Dentons’ offices in the German capital.

“We will start by covering ways to realize market opportunities in German crowdfunding under the European Crowdfunding Service Providers Regulation; after that we will explore opportunities to view finance through a diverse lense and unlock the future of digital finance,” Eurocrowd said in an article on its website.
“Last but not least we will address relevant news concerning crypto assets – from the upcoming entry into force of Europe’s comprehensive crypto statute MiCAR to dealing with tax issues (and how to best tackle them) in the crypto space.”

The agenda will comprise a keynote speech by Max Kirschhöfer from the Deutsche Börse and two panel discussions.
Constantin Fabricius of the Digital Lending Association will be speaking, as well as executives from European crowdfunding platforms including Christopher Graetz from Invesdor, Nora Szeles of Tokeportal, and Stig Van Peer of Winwinner.
