LendInvest hires Allspring director in fundraising role
LendInvest has hired a new director of fundraising joining from Allspring, previously known as Wells Fargo Asset Management.
Harry Hall worked as global investments sales director at Allspring, within its UK financial institutions team. Prior to that, he also worked at BlackRock, focusing on defined benefit pension scheme investors in the UK.
Hall has more than 10 years’ experience in asset management. At LendInvest he will focus on raising capital for the funds business across Asia, the Middle East, Nordics, the UK and some parts of Europe.

His appointment comes after LendInvest announced two funding partnerships for 2023, a £300m agreement with Lloyds Bank and a £100m partnership with the government’s British Business Bank and HSBC.
LendInvest offers short-term development and buy-to-let mortgages and has lent over £3bn since inception in 2008.
