Fintech Pledge fighting cost-of-living crisis welcomes 10 new members
The 2025 Fintech Pledge has welcomed 10 new members to help tackle the UK’s cost-of-living crisis.
Launched by Zopa Bank and ClearScore last month, the pledge is aiming to drive 10 million consumer actions by 2025 for the financial resilience of consumers, at a time when one in four adults are in financial trouble or at the brink, according to the Financial Conduct Authority.
It will achieve this by connecting people with platforms to make savings work harder, improve credit scores, lower utility bill and consolidate debt.

The new members are CreditLadder, Google Cloud, Hargreaves Lansdown, Koodoo, LOQBOX, Nude, Snoop, StepLadder, Tandem Bank and The Money Charity, which comes on board as the lead charity partner.
The Money Charity will help design a programme of financial wellbeing and education workshops.
“With the UK facing an unprecedented cost-of-living crisis, households need to use every tool at their disposal to build long-term financial resilience,” said Jaidev Janardana, chief executive at Zopa Bank.
“This industry pledge – the first of its kind – will unite a wide variety of companies in one goal of driving positive financial actions for millions living in the UK. We’re delighted to be working with a growing coalition of UK fintechs, their partners, and charities as we begin this journey.”
Progress will be reported monthly by the group.
