CrowdProperty appoints Martin Bray to head up surveyors
CrowdProperty has appointed quantity surveyor Martin Bray as an associate to lead its team of surveyors.
Prior to almost three years at construction contractor Stepnell, Bray (pictured) held roles at firms including Nova Construction and Keepmoat Regeneration.
Bray has eight years’ experience as a quantity surveyor, working across the construction industry from regeneration projects to high-end luxury properties throughout the Southwest and Midlands region.
His last project at Stepnell was a first of its kind four-plot timber frame care home for children.

His appointment comes amid a hiring spree at the peer-to-peer property development lender, where Rupert Lowe was appointed business development manager in March, alongside three assistant surveyors.
“Martin is an experienced senior quantity surveyor and understands construction through and through”, said CrowdProperty chief operating officer Damon Walford.
“The wealth of knowledge he brings to the team supports CrowdProperty’s core offering, ensuring that we are able to support the funding needs of property developers at every level.”
Commenting on his appointment, Bray added: “I’m looking forward to working with the team on the opportunities and challenges ahead, embedding the right structure and bringing my knowledge to enhance our customer experience and drive new growth for the business as we scale and further strengthen our proposition to our developers.”
