ACORE CAPITAL launches wealth platform
US commercial real estate investment manager ACORE CAPITAL has launched a dedicated wealth solutions platform designed to expand access to its commercial real estate investment strategies.
“Launching ACORE CAPITAL Wealth Solutions is a natural extension of the platform we have built over the past decade,” said Warren de Haan, ACORE’s chief executive officer.
The platform will provide high-net-worth investors with its in-house real estate credit underwriting expertise across both credit and select equity investments.

ACORE argues that today’s wealthiest individuals remain under allocated to commercial real estate and private real estate credit, often concentrating in a single, illiquid asset. The platform is set to address this imbalance with strategies designed to convert concentrated holdings into diversified, income-producing and tax-efficient investments.

Mick Manning has been appointed president of the division and will oversee the platform’s strategy, product development, and distribution. He joins from Apollo’s bridge investment group, where he served as managing director. He previously also held roles at Forum Investment Group, KBS Capital Markets Group and Pacific Oak Capital Markets.
“Advisors and their clients are looking for access to the high-quality private real estate investment managers that institutional investors already trust, with a cycle-tested record,” said Manning. “ACORE is just that.”
