EQT assets rise to €354bn as Coller acquisition boosts fundraising
Swedish private markets manager EQT has reported €41.6bn (£36bn) in gross inflows during the third quarter of 2026, as its acquisition of Coller Capital helped drive growth in assets under management (AUM).
The firm reported total AUM of €354bn at the end of September, up from €267bn a year earlier. Fee-generating AUM increased to €195bn from €139bn, including a €34bn contribution from Coller Capital, which EQT acquired on 31 August.
The acquisition, which saw Coller Capital rebranded as Coller EQT, has expanded the firm’s presence in the private markets secondaries sector.

Net inflows into EQT’s key funds totalled €10.9bn during the quarter, of which €10.3bn related to the inclusion of Coller Capital. Meanwhile, its other strategies attracted €24.4bn in net inflows, including €19bn attributable to the acquisition.
The business is preparing to launch its tenth Coller International Partners fund, CIP X, in early 2027, while fundraising has also begun for its third Coller Credit Opportunities fund, CCO III. EQT also reported €900m in net inflows into its evergreen funds.
Per Franzén, chief executive of EQT, said: “Across strategies we see good deal flow and value creation, and we remain focused on driving monetisations and liquidity.”
