Victory Park launches tokenised asset-backed credit fund
Janus Henderson affiliate Victory Park Capital (VPC) has launched a fund giving tokenised access to its asset-backed credit strategy.
The AltsABF Tokenized Feeder Fund (VALTS) offers US investors tokenised access to the Privacore VPC Asset Backed Credit Fund (AltsABF), a non-listed, closed-end interval fund launched in January 2026.
The private credit manager has partnered with Tradable, a private asset marketplace and tokenisation platform, to tokenise VALTS, which is available on the Stellar blockchain network.

“Since launching AltsABF earlier this year, we’ve focused on expanding access to private asset-backed credit,” said Kinan Hayani, partner at VPC.
“Working with Tradable to launch VALTS is a natural next step in that strategy, helping to meet the growing demand for on-chain products.”
The new tokenised fund builds on a relationship established between VPC and Tradable in 2023, when the former supported the development and launch of Tradable’s platform to help modernise private credit markets through tokenisation. Tradable has since tokenised $3bn (£2.3bn) in private credit, the firms said.

“We founded Tradable to help leading asset managers bring private investment opportunities on-chain without changing how they invest,” said Alex Cordover, chief executive of Tradable.
“The launch of VALTS demonstrates how blockchain infrastructure can create both new distribution opportunities and operational efficiencies.”
VALTS is priced on the net asset value of its investment in AltsABF, net of VALTS-level fees and expenses. It expects to offer quarterly liquidity to investors and to pay monthly income distributions directly to investors’ wallets in stablecoin, the firms said.
