Brightwood prices tenth CLO at $253m
Private credit firm Brightwood Capital Advisors has priced its latest collateralised loan obligation (CLO), Brightwood Capital MM CLO 2026-1, at $253.55m (£191.8m).
The deal is the firm’s tenth CLO since 2019.
The manager, which focuses on the middle market, said it had received indications of interest for notes rated AAA through to BB from third-party investors, including insurance companies, banks and asset managers.

“Investor demand for this transaction reflects the continued interest in private credit and the value investors see in the underlying assets,” said Arlene Shaw, managing director and treasurer at Brightwood. “We are pleased to continue providing investors with access to the asset class through a diversified and thoughtfully structured CLO.”

GreensLedge Capital Markets is acting as placement agent on the deal.
