Invesco taps Finnish wealth manager for Nordic capital
Invesco has partnered with Finnish wealth manager Index Varainhoito to open its European Upper Middle Market Income Fund (EUMMI) to Nordic investors.
The global asset manager said the deal extends the strategy’s reach across Europe’s wealth market and marks the fund’s first distribution agreement with a Nordic wealth management platform.
Launched in December 2025, EUMMI is an evergreen fund structured under the ELTIF 2.0 framework. It invests in senior secured loans to large, established European companies, typically those with EBITDA of more than €50m (£42.3m).

“By adding the Invesco EUMMI fund to our offering, we are broadening the range of private credit solutions available to our clients and strengthening our ability to build diversified portfolios across public and private markets,” said Kalle Anttila, chief executive of Index Varainhoito.
EUMMI is also available on several platforms across Europe, the Middle East and Africa, giving wealth managers, financial advisers and other eligible intermediaries access to the fund.
Invesco’s European private credit team manages more than €41bn in senior loans and has invested more than €29bn in upper middle market loans since 2018.

“We are delighted that Index Varainhoito has made the Invesco EUMMI fund available to its clients,” said Carl-Otto Ardermark, senior sales manager for the Nordics at Invesco.
“Private credit is well established among institutional investors, while interest continues to grow among wealth investors seeking to diversify beyond traditional equity and bond portfolios. Through EUMMI, they can now access a private credit strategy that has historically been reserved for institutional investors.”
